What does early access mean?+
Founding Members receive access to new NeighborFood food campaigns 24 hours before they open to the rest of the community. This increases the opportunity to reserve limited products before general availability.
Can all members vote?+
Yes. Every active NeighborFood member can vote on future food campaigns. NeighborFood is community-driven, and participation is open to everyone.
Do Founding Members receive additional voting influence?+
Yes. Each Founding Member vote counts as two votes while the Founding Member program remains active. This recognizes the members who helped launch NeighborFood from the beginning — additional influence, not control.
Do I have to buy food?+
No. Membership gives you access to community food campaigns, but purchases are always optional. Participate only in the campaigns you want.
What happens at 25 members?+
When NeighborFood reaches 25 Founding Members, the first Blue Oyster Mushroom campaign launches: ordering opens, pickup dates are announced, and Founding Members get 24-hour early access.
What happens after the first 100 Founding Members?+
Founding Membership is limited to the first 100 members. NeighborFood continues growing after that — future campaigns may include eggs, grass-fed beef, produce, honey, bread, and coffee. All active members vote on what comes next.
How do referral rewards work?+
Every paid referral earns $6.25 in food credits, applied to future community food drop purchases. Full referral terms (limits, expiration, cancellation grace) are in our terms.
Can I cancel anytime?+
