Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of NeighborFood, operated by Naked Nature LLC. By creating an account or paying for a membership, you agree to these Terms.

Membership

• Founding Membership is offered at $10/month or $99/year, billed by Stripe.
• Membership is a recurring subscription that renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access continues through the paid period.

Founding Member benefits

• Permanent Founding Member status with a numbered badge.
• Access to community pricing tiers as your territory grows.
• Voting on future products and Founder-only product launch access.
• Referral rewards: $6.25 food credit per paid referral (see food credit terms below).

Food purchases are separate

Membership does not include food. Food drops are offered separately as community demand and supplier readiness allow. You only pay for food you choose to buy.

Community participation

You agree to participate respectfully — at pickups, in voting, and in any communication with producers, hosts, and other members.

Referral program & food credits

Members earn $6.25 in food credits for each referred neighbor who becomes a paying member. Food credits are promotional rewards governed by the following terms:

• Food credits are promotional rewards and have no cash value.
• Food credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Food credits may only be applied toward food purchases (Weekly Community Food Drops and future food campaigns).
• Food credits may not be used toward membership fees, renewals, or any monthly or annual membership charge.
• Food credits may cover a maximum of 50% of any single food order; the remaining balance must be paid by the member.
• Food credits expire 12 months after issuance, calculated from the date each credit is earned, regardless of account activity.
• If a membership is canceled, earned food credits remain available for 90 days after cancellation. If the membership is reactivated within 90 days, credits are restored. After 90 days of inactive membership, credits are forfeited.
• Self-referrals, fraudulent signups, and program abuse void rewards.
• NeighborFood may modify referral rewards prospectively; previously earned credits remain valid under the terms in effect when they were earned.

Product voting

Votes guide our supplier conversations but are not guarantees. We launch products when demand, sourcing, and pickup logistics align.

Community Host program

Members may apply to host pickups. Hosts agree to scheduled windows, basic food safety, and timely communication. Hosts can earn food credits and recognition tied to the orders and members they support.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the service.
• No misrepresentation or fraud, including referral fraud.
• No use of the platform for illegal activity.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Naked Nature LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or on the site.
