NeighborFood (“we”, “us”) is operated by Naked Nature LLC in Gainesville, Georgia. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account & membership data: name, email, ZIP code, optional phone.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Activity: referrals, product votes, waitlist entries, first-drop interest.
• Technical data: basic browser/device info and aggregate analytics.

How we use it

• Provide your Founding Membership and access to community pricing.
• Send transactional email (welcome, payment receipts, drop notifications, support replies).
• Track referral credits and reward you for inviting neighbors.
• Improve the platform and measure demand for future food drops.

Email

We email you about your membership, drops you've expressed interest in, and community updates. Every non-transactional email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Referrals

When you share your referral link, we record signups attributed to your code so we can credit you. We do not share your personal details with the people you refer beyond your first name when relevant.

Stripe payments

Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe receives your name, email, billing address, and card details directly. See Stripe's privacy notice at stripe.com/privacy.

Cookies & analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage for authentication, referral attribution, and aggregate analytics. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

• Update or delete your account anytime by emailing us.
• Unsubscribe from non-transactional email at any time.
• Request a copy or deletion of your data — we respond within 30 days.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and stored on managed cloud infrastructure with role-based access control. Payment data lives with Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider.
